That letting go of the need to control anything and allowing the organic unfolding of life, feels far more expansive.

Cheers to heartbreak and heart openings; gracefully walking away from the people and circumstance that no longer align with our highest good or potential.

Here are some tips to make sure your procedure is as comfortable as possible:

-Keep those 💋 hydrated and exfoliated. This is massively important. All clients are provided with ultra detailed pre treatment care instructions.

-🍒It is recommended for clients to abstain from alcohol and caffeine 24-48 hours before procedure. Please lay off the booze and caffeinated crack drinks before per my recommendation 😇

-Ladies make sure your appointment is scheduled before or after that time of the month- this will greatly reduce increased sensitivities.
